Per capsule:
D-Glucosamine HCl 327,2 mg providing Glucosamine 397,8 mg;
Boswellia Serrata L. extract [gum resin] 131,3 mg;
Uncaria Tormentosa (Cat's Claw extract) [bark] 52,5 mg;
Beta-sitosterol 41,5 mg;
Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate 7,9 mg providing Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6)
5,4 mg.

Adults: Take 2 capsules three times a day for 2-4 weeks, thereafter dropping to a maintenance dose of 2 capsules twice a day.

Each capsule contains: Glucosamine (d-Glucosamine hydrochloride), Boswellia extract, Beta-sitosterol, Cat's claw herb extract, Vitamin B₆ (Pyridoxal-5-phosphate).
