SOLD TO ME AS ROSEWOOD, BEAUTIFUL BRASS INLAY (FLORAL DESIGN) TREASURE CHEST/KIST HAS TRAY PIECE

Condition as photographed. It is a second hand item so has some

scuff marks etc and could do with a good waxing. Although

listed under collectables I would think a contemporary piece.

Sold as Rosewood and it has lovely brass detail and  brass inlay

Measures height approximately 38cm, the length is 46cm and the

width is 30cm. It has a dome top.

It may be Rosewood underneath, but in my opinion this colour

is achieved by the finish on the item.

The brass handles are on either side of the item. This piece is

heavy.  The tray that fits inside is quite snug. Needs a little sanding

so it fits in better
