Solgar Calcium, Magnesium Plus Boron contains: Calcium (as calcium carbonate, calcium gluconate, calcium citrate), Magnesium (as magnesium oxide, magnesium gluconate, magnesium citrate), Microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), Citric acid, Glazing agents: Hydroxyproplmethyl cellulose, Vegetable glycerin, Cellulose gum, Boron, Anti-caking agent: Vegetable magnesium stearate, Vegetable stearic acid.

Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, take three (3)  tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
