Product Ingredients

Solgar Vitamin D3 contains Vitamin D3 10 ug 200 (400 iu, from fish liver oil cholecalciferol), Safflower oil, Vegetable glycerin (from Palm kernel oil and coconut oil). Soft capsule shell: Gelatine (bovine) 

Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) to two (2) softgel capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
