 This item is in a very fine condition.  Over the years it had been polished with a brass polish as a result some of the engraved areas have residue of this polish.    I have rubbed it with a toothbrush that has a weak solution of pool acid (HCl), and a lot had been removed.   It needs a few more applications to clean it completely.

The pen holder is fine.  Obviously it had been used as a desk ornament for some time.    We estimate that this is from the 1930's.

Length 160 mm width 73 mm height 117 mm, weight 895 grams.
