This is a very attractive vintage lady's cameo pendant. It is a beautiful wedgewood style cameo of an elegant young woman – the cameo is made of resin on carnelian  and surrounded by marcasite in a beautiful flower (flower with leaves around the top) and a genuine 3.50 mm round ruby -+ 0.25 ct.
She is cream coloure against a red-brown agate background. It is set in an ornate and very pretty frame
 This lovely pendant measuring 7.40 cm long x 4.00 cm wide and weight 17.54 grams.
