1) All Product returns or Exchanges will be send to the manufacturer / Supplier / Distributor for a full inspection and assessment Upon receipt of the returned item, it will undergo a full inspection and assessment by the product supplier / manufacturer / Distributor every supplier / manufacturer / Distributor have its own Policy to exchanges and returns
2) If supplier / manufacturer / Distributor agree to a Refund of price of unsuitable products.
We will refund the full price of any unsuitable products in their original unopened packaging. For opened products, the supplier / manufacturer / Distributor may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the products plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. These costs are usually up to 25% of the cost of the products.

Distribution and registered reseller support is available via Qi Systems Distribution. This product is currently not certified in South Africa however we are in the process of applying for certification.
Please use with the same brand and type of dimmable Bulbs/Globes. Requires all bulbs to be replaced at the same time to avoid flickering.
It sound expensive replacing all the bulbs at the same time but in reality avoiding those headaches caused by old dimmable bulbs it's really not.
Should your lights flicker please ask your installer to adjust minimal brightness setting to the quality and age of bulbs then add 10% extra for what your eyes don't see but may lead to headaches.
