Its elevated probe and concave base allow it to detect extremely small leaks and drips from as little as 0.5 mm, making it ideal for high-risk areas such as under sinks, near washing machines, dishwashers, geysers, and water heaters. The metal-safe design prevents false alarms on conductive surfaces for dependable performance.

Expandable Monitoring for Larger Areas

For wider or more complex spaces, the SNZB-05P supports optional water leak detection cables (sold separately or as part of a sensor kit). These cables can be connected in series with no limit on total length, allowing you to monitor long pipe runs, server rooms, basements, or commercial installations with ease.

Instant Alerts — Even Without Wi-Fi

When water is detected, the sensor sends real-time app notifications so you can act immediately. Thanks to Zigbee local scenes, alarms can still be triggered through your gateway even if your Wi-Fi goes offline, ensuring uninterrupted protection when it matters most.
