Transfer of risk
Coza1Digital remains the owner of the item until it has been collected/delivered, and as such are responsible for loss or damage in transit. If a parcel is collected from the Post Office and you suspect that it is damaged or tampered with, do not accept delivery and notify Coza1Digital. You will be refunded or a replacement unit in similar condition sent without delay.
Payment
Payment is to be made within 48 hours after confirmation of your order. Payment can be made by direct electronic transfer, cheque or cash deposit. Please use the Bidorbuy order number as reference, and email proof of payment to speed up delivery.
Import tax
Coza1Digital is responsible for all taxes related to the importation of your item/s, as long as the delivery address is in South Africa. If you are in any other country you are responsible for your own import taxes.
Delivery
