This is a Sony playstation 2 slim with power cable and AV cable. Tested and in good working order. Included are 7 games, which have also been tested and confirmed as working. There is also an original PS2 Dualshock controller.

I also have a second original controller, but this one shows a light on the analog button when you press it but doesn't work, most likely a connection issue. I'll send this one as well for spares, but please note that it isn't sold as a working controller.
