Up for auction are two Sony PlayStation 3 consoles sold AS-IS for parts or repair, together with one Sony DualShock 3 wireless controller.

Included

• Sony PlayStation 3 Slim CECH-2504A console
• Sony PlayStation 3 Slim CECH-2004A console
• Sony DualShock 3 wireless controller
• Internal hard drives installed:
• 160GB Toshiba HDD (CECH-2504A)
• 120GB Toshiba HDD (CECH-2004A)

Console 1 CECH-2504A (160GB)

• Powers on and remains powered on.
• Displays the message that the system software cannot be run correctly and requests that the PlayStation system software be reinstalled.
• Includes the original 160GB Toshiba hard drive.
• I have not attempted to reinstall the firmware, so I cannot guarantee whether this will resolve the issue.
• The casing has visible scratches and cosmetic wear.
• There is also slight physical damage/misalignment to the casing (visible in the photos), suggesting it may previously have been opened or suffered an impact.

Console 2 CECH-2004A (120GB)

• Powers on briefly.
• Then gives three beeps followed by a flashing red power light and shuts down.
• Includes the original 120GB Toshiba hard drive.
• Clearly faulty and sold for parts or repair.
• Shows normal cosmetic wear and scratches from use.

Controller

• Sony DualShock 3 wireless controller included.
• I was not able to fully test every function.
• It powers on, charges, and the PS button responded during basic testing, but due to the consoles faults I could not perform a complete functional test.
• Therefore the controller is also sold as-is.
