FAULTS NOTED OR VISIBLE: The Console comes on, and I Can hear the fan spin, The light turns green and after about 5 seconds it makes a beep sound three times and the light turns red, However, I do not have any cables to plug them Into a TV and test further. I am unsure if it has a hard Drive and works fully.  

COMPONENTS VISIBLE FOR USE (NO GUARANTEED): The Fact that the Item Comes On when powered, Shows some Hope that the item has working components and may be fixable. However, Buy this as a Non-working item, This is the technician's dream. However unsure if they work fully. 

OTHER POSSIBLE COMPONENTS USABLE, UNTESTED - (NOT GUARANTEED): Housing, Power supply, Logic board, other parts, etc.
