What am I paying for?
We will do a deep analysis of your Game console to understand all the current issues causing your console to under-perform. The technician will analyze the software, file system and hardware of your console and suggest the best solution to get your console working again.
Do I have to pay extra for the new OS install/upgrade?
There will be no extra cost. You will only pay the cost quoted above.
What happens if the game console needs software/hardware repair?
The technician will advise you on all the software needs to be installed as well as hardware that needs to be replaced/repaired for optimal performance of your console. The cost of these new services will be communicated to you. However, the technician will charge you extra for these extra services. This is evaluated on a case by case basis, so the technician will call you and advice on the way forward.
Can you collect the device from my address?
Yes we can collect the device. We will charge a collection fee which varies based on the collection address. Please click the link below for a list of all the areas and the collection fees. This is actually cheaper and preferred to booking a technician to come and repair the broken device at your premises, which could usually result to callout fees ranging between R300 and R600.

How long is the warranty on the repair?
We are very confident in our work and that's why every job we do is covered by a 3 months warranty period for your peace of mind. This warranty excludes physical damage to the replaced parts or some other issue to the software or hardware resulting from the inappropriate usage of the device. The technician will usually provide advice on the best way to use the device in order to prolong the life of your device and prevent the issue from occurring again in the future.
