According to , the company's PlayStation 3 media remote control is being updated in to support TVs and Sony amplifiers. The refreshed peripheral also adds Netflix compatibility and volume and channel buttons. Although we don't have a price for the new remote, the original went for R400. While it's unlikely Sony will charge more for the added functionality, stranger things have happened.
