Sought After Limited Edition Mandela Commemorative Set - Uniquely sealed by SA Mint

HIGHLY SOUGHT AFTER MANDELA COMMEMORATIVE SET

This set is unique, numbered 10 731 of a limited edition of only 14 000. This set however has a different plastic in which it is sealed, but was purchased that way from the SA Mint. Could this be a sign that the coins inside are of a higher grade? Who knows, but it is strangely unique as the other plastic covers are plain, not striped like this one.
