South Africa 1937 3d Roto Arrow pair without Shuttered Window

South Africa 1937 Roto (SUIDAFRIKA one word) 3d blue & blue, upright watermark, bottom arrow, marginal pair (sheet positions: row 20:3-4) without  the shuttered window flaw.  This is from the second issue, which used a different interior cylinder where the flaw was not present.  This cylinder is also characterised by the less prominent clouds.  Never hinged but a small gum adhesion on one stamp; and one tiny tone spot (gum) visible from the back. Uncommon to scarce positional piece.  As scanned.
