Scarce South African 1997 “Constitution Week 17 – 21 March 1997” Illustrated Postcard which was Signed by all of the Judges involved in the Constitutional Court and has a “Registrar of the Constitutional Court – Braamfontein” boxed Cachet dated 17/03/1997. The Postcard, which is franked with a 1996 New Constitution Stamp, was signed by Judges Arthur Chaskalson (President), Pius Langer (Vice President), Richard Goldstone, Albie Sachs, Laurie Ackermann, Kate O’Regan, Johann Kriegler, Zak Yacoob, Yvonne Mokgoro and Tholie Madala.
