Description Of Stamp: Two and a Half Cents, International Red Cross Centenary emblem 1863-1963 with Nurse, rose, claret, black and red colours.

Fine / Very Fine: A stamp with a basically complete design. There will be some significant handling or folds. The colour may have light fading. There may be one or two areas of minor damage. If postmarked it must be neat and only at the corner of the stamp, but some ink will be visible on the reverse side.
