Condition as shown - Operating from 1899 to 1902, this British Controlled Railway was used to manage Seized Rail Lines in South Africa. At the end of the war it was dissolved and its assets passed to Central South African Railways, which in turn with the creation of the Union Of South Africa it became South African Railways
