Shipping Charges: Shipping Charges are non-negotiable – all items are sent with a tracking no. and once I have dispatched the item & it has entered SAPO’s tracking system my liability towards the safe transit of the package is over. I do not give refunds on items that have gone astray, been damaged in transit or been tampered with, & any further issues with SAPO are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery by this method is totally at the Buyer's risk - failure to receive your parcel or receive in any way damaged, should not reflect on your rating of myself - by placing your order, you are agreeing to the conditions of this sale - the exception is in the case of insurance being added in which case a refund on the insured amount only is offered on parcels on which I have lodged a successful claim against.
Registered or Economail: R25.00; if it is more than 1kg in weight then the following is charged;
Ordinary Parcel – R26.00 for the 1st kg plus R4 per extra kg or part thereof.

Shipping on Friday &/or Saturday ONLY - ie your parcel will be shipped on the first Friday or Saturday immediately following payment reflecting in my bank account - I CANNOT ship during the week - please take note of this.
Insurance: Optional insurance on items over the value of R100 – add an extra 2% of the value of the items.
Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your purchase I offer a 14 day money-back guarantee on the return of the goods in original condition and email notification of your intent to return within 7 days of Auction/Sale, only on the item price and not on shipping, insurance, etc. A 25% return fee will be charged on items returned without justifiable cause.
I DO NOT ACCEPT CASH PAYMENT DIRECTLY INTO MY ACCOUNT unless you are prepared to pay the EXTRA R15.00 plus 1.05% of the Deposit Amount that my bank charges me –if you cannot EFT, the next best option is to ask YOUR bank to transfer the money into my bank account. No need for you to confirm payment – my bank lets me know within minutes of any payments made.
