A collectible trio of early decimal South African banknotes issued by the South African Reserve Bank (SARB) during the 1960s1970s.
Each note features Jan van Riebeeck, founder of Cape Town, with classic designs showing farming and industrial scenes on the reverse symbolic of South Africas early economy.
Printed by Thomas De La Rue, London.
These are genuine circulated examples showing moderate wear, folds, and minor edge creases typical of age.
An excellent starter lot for collectors of South African currency history.
