South African ZAR 1892 Threepence (3 Pence) Graded by NGC as MS-65. There is only one higher grade for this coin and that is a MS66. This coin is EXTREMELY RARE and VERY VALUABLE. The Population for the MS-65 is only three coins. This is one of the three. There are only two that are graded higher. Both are MS-66, one for NGC and one for PCGS.
