South African Task Force Special Forces Niemoller Vest.

Used by the SAP/S Special Forces. Dated 1995 and made by Texcraft.

It contains 2 x Uzi magazine pouches on the front, a radio pouch, several grenade / smoke grenade pouches and 2 x pistol mag pouches on the side. The one buckle is cracked but easily replaceable if necessary.
