A great collection of player medallions from the 2003 cricket world cup held in South Africa 10 years ago! This a great collectors item for true fans of South African cricket and will be a great addition to any collection. Each medallion is kept inside a clear plastic protective covering. The medallion and its covering are placed inside a card and then filed in plastic pockets alongside information regarding the specific player. This collection is limited edition number 5885 of only 15 000 made.
Medallions for the following players are in the file:
The file also contains interesting facts and player statistics at the time.
Each medallion measures approx 4cm in diameter and the thickness is approx 4mm.
The medallions are made from Al-Zn Bronze.
The height of the file is 30cm and the width is 26cm.
The file is in nearly new condition, but its shows some wear around the edges of the cover and around the holes punched in the pages. (See pictures below). Some of the pockets that hold the cards have opened slightly at the top or bottom.
Only one of the medallions has been opened (Mark Boucher). The remainder of the medallions have never been opened or touched and are in great condition.
