 This was an honour title in the USSR for a worker who displayed exceptional performance in  his work.  This SHOCK WORKER AWARD was presented in 1961 to comrade Prostit Aleksandr   Semenoch of the "HYDRO TURBO INSTITUTE". On the left a typical propaganda slogan “We   arrived at communist labor” (freely translated)  under the signature of Vladimir Lenin. I will include 2 schock worker badges worth about R95 for free. Postage R10 or R30 registered    mail
