However, it is important to understand that this warranty does not cover issues or damages that may arise due to improper installation or usage.
Installation Invoice Requirement for Warranty Claim Processing:
To initiate a warranty, claim forĀ electrical products, it is necessary to provide an installation invoice that includes the electrician's details. This invoice should include the following information:
- Electrician's or Pool Tech name
- Contact information (phone number, email address)
- Date of installation
- Description of the installation work performed.
Please make sure to retain a copy of the installation invoice, as it will be required for any warranty claims. The warranty claim will be processed once the installation invoice, along with any other required documents, is provided. It is important to note that the warranty claim will only be considered if a factory fault is detected during testing.
