• No. 2 Penetrant
• No. 3 Developer
• The Spanjaard Flaw & Crack Detector System will show cracks up as red lines and porous areas as red pin points on all types of metal.
• The Spanjaard Flaw & Crack Detector System can be used for inspection and checking of tools or incoming materials for defects and hairline fractures.
• This system can be used for checking of potential fatigue cracks or flaws during maintenance where parts are subjected to heavy stress.
• This system can be used for the inspection of welded areas that must be free of flaws.

Instructions:

• No. 1 Cleaner: Removes all oil, grease and dust.
• No. 2 Penetrant: Parts must be room temperature.
• Spray generously.
• Allow at least 5 minutes contact time.
• No. 1 Cleaner: Spray the cleaner onto clean cloth and wipe off all excess penetrant.
• No. 3 Developer: Spray a thin and even film.
• Leave on for 10 minutes before inspection for fine flaws.
