Hardcover published 1908 by Meulenhoff & Co. The decorative boards with stamped and gilt titling are clean and solid, but a 5cm strip of the front and rear vertical edges, and the spine are sunned. The preliminary and last endpapers are lightly tanned, and the first has an ownership imprint in the top right corner. The frontispiece tissue guard is present and intact, and has some intermittent spotting. There is some sporadic foxing / spotting in places throughout the book, notably on the pages that contain reproductions of government proclamations and notices.
