Physically from the outside the Locomotive appears to be in a good condition. It can be opened up and has a space for a penlight battery next to the little motor that propels it and an on off switch just below the conductor's compartment. We have tested the locomotive and it does not appear to be working. We did however not attempt to fiddle with any of the parts as this falls outside of out skill set. The locomotive is also missing the wheel struts on the right hand side which appears to be more for visual than functional effect. It measures approximately 10cm X 4cm.

The other three cars are in a good but used condition with some wear to the stickers identifying their functions. All their hooks and latches are in place and in good working order. The coal car measures approximately 5cm X 2.5cm; the Diesel Fuel car about 6cm X 2.5cm and the Ammo car approximately 6.5cm X 3cm.

This toy set overall in a  good vintage condition with very little wear to the bodies. They are made from plastic and are marked 'Made in Hongkong' underneath. It simply needs the hand of an enthusiast to give it some TLC and perhaps get the locomotive running again.
