In 2007 a limited quantity of mintmark R5 coins were minted on "Oom Paul", one of the oldest working coining presses in the world. "Oom Paul" is housed in Coin World at the South African Mint Company. Hence the mintmark features a miniature mint press and the letters "CW"(Coin World).
Coin come in a presentation Case with Certificate of Authenticity and coin is in a Protective Capsule.
