Spelter Figure upon a Wooden Base

On offer this Fabulous Find - A Spelter figure with wonderful detail upon a wooden base, depicting a mythical figure slaying the dragon. It's a big item, standing 38.5cm tall. The figure has a small hole in the back of it's head, it may have been made like this or possibly meant for a feather or something to fit in there. The base has some chafing, a vertical crack at the back and side, though still fully intact and it does not affect the balance of the figure.
