Synopsis A spacecraft is discovered on the floor of the Pacific Ocean, presumed to be at least 300 years old and of alien origin. A crack team of scientists including a psychologist, a biochemist and a mathematician is assembled and taken to a state-of-the-art underwater habitat to investigate. Inside the mysterious craft they uncover a massive, perfect golden sphere unlike anything ever seen. But as they attempt to unlock its secrets, their deepest fears begin to manifest in terrifying and deadly ways and with a violent storm trapping them a thousand feet below the surface, time is running out.
