The figure has been displayed, but is in good condition.
The only flaws I can see are (1) the box is a bit worn, (2) there is a small black mark on his left cheek, which looks like a manufacturing flaw, and (3) there is a mark on his left goggle lens. I can't tell whether this is a scuff or something intended to look like a reflection. Either way, it looks like a reflection (to me).
As far as I can tell, everything else looks great. However, please judge the overall condition from the pics.
The figure is about 15 cms in its crouched position, without the base.
