Howlite is a stone of awareness and prepares the wearer to obtain wisdom and atonement from ones higher self and the divine. It serves to release attachments and to process emotions to bring about peace.

Howlite is an excellent stone for calming upset states of mind and emotion.  It brings about calm and relaxation by decreasing a critical state of mind, selfishness, stress and anxiety.  It is also very good to decrease anger.  In addition to this, Howlite brings about subtleness and tact thereby reducing confrontations. Howlite is primarily associated with the crown chakra, but can also be used to stimulate and balance all the chakras.

Amethyst promotes a sense of good judgement and encourages a quiet and calm mind.  It aids in dreaming, intuition and serves to balance the crown chakra.

 The bracelet's length is approximately 18cm.
