~ The house is fully furnished and equipped to accommodate 6 to 7 people comfortably. Kitchen appliances: Fridge/Freezer, Stove, microwave, washing machine etc. Other Appliances: TV, DSTV Decoder (bring own smartcard), mini-hifi system etc. Bedrooms: 1 x Queen size (main) 1 x Queen size (Guest) 2 x Single beds (3rd Bedr) + Sleeper Couch in lounge.
~ A HUGE Wooden deck, leading from the lounge, with spectacular sea views. The deck is furnished with patio furniture and has braai facilities.
Additional Charges:
* No towels or linen are provided, but the linen can be arranged. Extra Charge R25-00 "Laundry fee" per bedset.
* Compulsory - Final Cleaning charge of R120-00 (on the day of your departure)
* Compulsory - Admin & Booking Fee of R100-00
* A Refundable Key/Breakage Deposit of 10% of the accommodation cost. A complete inventory check will be done, and if no breakage/lost items where found, the deposit will be refunded back to you, within 72hours after your departure.

~ You are welcome to bring along your pet - provided they are not a nuisance or cause damage to property. NO pets are allowed on any furniture!
~ Please remember to bring your own DSTV Smartcard
~ No OVER-CROWDING will be allowed. The house sleeps a maximum of 7 people. There is a bachelor flat on the property, that can be rented seperately, if you require accommodation for more than 7 people. (Bachelor Flat sleeps additional 4)
~ The winning bidder will be required to fill out a booking confirmation form
~ The house is available, due to a cancellation. In December, PEAK Season tariffs apply, and the normal rate would have been R1600.00 per night, for the house. (R8 000.00)
