Spot Welder 12V 150A DIY Kit:

Specifications:

Working Voltage: 11.5-14.6V DC
Recommended Working Current: 90 - 150A

Suggested Battery:

A battery with a large discharge current will directly affect the welding effect. The following batteries are recommended:
20-45ah Lead-acid batteries with good performance and small internal resistance (internal resistance less than 10 milliohms, discharge current greater than 90A), such as a new car starter battery!
3.5-5.5ah 3S model airplane lithium battery pack around 45C discharge rate
30-35ah capacity 18650 battery pack

12V car starting power supply, model aircraft 3S high-rate battery pack, three-string high-rate lithium battery pack, supercapacitor pack, polymer high-rate battery pack
40900 3-string battery pack, 12V 20A and above lead-acid batteries with good performance.
Calculation formula: capacity X discharge rate = load capacity
Take a 4000ma model aircraft battery as an example, the discharge rate is 45C (4AX45C=180A)

Please note you will need a battery with a discharge rate of 90A minimum to be able to weld

Switch Functions:

When powered on, you need to press it once to turn it on, the default is 0 gear. Press and hold the button for 1 second to release
Increase the gear by pressing once, the buzzer will sound, and the LED light will flash corresponding to the gear. 1st to 5th gear is for spot welding 0.1-0.15mm thickness nickel,
gear 5-7 for welding 0.2mm thickness and gear 8-9 for welding 0.25-0.3mm thickness. Press and hold the button again for about 3 seconds. It will power down. In the off state, short press the power on, the gear will return to 0 gear.
