Jan Lotz (Capped 1937) - Hooker - Lotz played in all of the eight test matches against Australia and was the only one of the 1937/38 team to play Currie-Cup rugby after the `Second World War.
Willem Barnard (Capped 1949) - Lock - The Springbok team whitewashed the New Zealand All Blacks winning all four tests. This had never happened before, nor has it happened since. Barnard played in two of the four tests.
Theuns Briers (Capped 1955) - Wing - Capped in 1955 during the British and Irish Lions tour. He scored two tries at Newlands, in the second test to help the Springboks obtain victory of 25-9.
