If your marker has an air leak down the barrel. Check the items below. Reference the manual as needed.

Issue:

Cup Seal:

  • Unscrew the vertical frame screw that holds the front plug in place (ref page 11 of the manual) in order to remove it

  • Next, you can remove the Valve Spring, Valve Pin, Cup Seal Guide and Cup Seal

  • Inspect the Cup Seal for damage as this will generally be the cause of the issue. To replace it, unscrew it from the Valve Pin

  • Wipe everything down with a clean rag & inspect the Front Plug oring for damage. Replace if needed

  • Be sure to apply a drop of oil to the oring before re-assembling

    • Front Plug oring: #15mm - 80

Striker Bolt:

  • If the above doesn't fix your issue, try the following:

  • Start by removing your C02 & degassing your marker

  • With the bolt out, remove the Striker Plug by turning it clockwise

  • Next, remove the Striker Spring

  • To remove the rest of the components (Striker Bolt, Striker Buffer), squeeze & hold the trigger, then pop them out using a hammering type motion into your palm (reference the video)

  • Replace the Striker Bolt o-ring & apply a drop of oil

    • Note: Trigger is squeezed in order to prevent damage to the oring on the Striker Bolt during removal

      • Striker Bolt oring: #14.3mm x 1.7mm 70pu
