Spyderco Civilian Pocket Knife (Replica??)

I imported this knife a few years ago and paid quite a lot of money for it, but my friend said it's a replica so I placed it in storage and forgot about it (Never used it and still extremely sharp).

This is the best self defense knife ever made, with a deep serrated curved blade and anti slip handle.
