Founded in 1980 by Mr. Frikkie Rheeder. In 2009 the business was bought by Ms. Janet Grimbeek. Janet Sweets CC t/a Sqeezy manufactures and distributes Sqeezy Condensed Milk product in Original, Chocolate, Caramel, Strawberry, Bubblegum and Lemon Meringue flavors. Since launching our product it has gained momentum in the market and has seen a 400% growth in the sales and market demand. Our product is an impulse purchase and we have seen a lot of success being merchandised at the point of sale within the retail environment. Janet Sweets CC currently distributes to over 120 outlets nationwide and employs 10 HDI people in the Tshwane area and 10 merchandisers located in the major distribution areas.
The Sqeezy range of treats comprises original condensed milk, caramel, chocolate, strawberry, bubblegum and lemon meringue in a soft user friendly squeeze tube that kids just can’t resist! The original is a reminder of the old ‘DIRKIE” which is no longer on the market. The caramelized Sqeezys have also become very popular in the baking industry/decorating.

We adhere to the highest manufacturing and general hygiene requirements for food in the production and packing of our products. All material used is of the highest quality and our suppliers and packers are SABS certified, and accepted by the Ekurhuleni Environmental Development Department. All products are foil sealed in laminated tubes when packaged to ensure hygiene, freshness and to avoid plastic poisoning. Our product processes are safe and comply with the industry hygienic, health and safety guidelines and regulations.
We recently acquired the FSA - Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Certificate - 10 July 2013.
All products are date stamped and have a ‘Best Before’ date of 10 months...But our sales trends have shown that Sqeezy stock displayed at Point of Sale does not get a chance to reach their sell by date – the product flies off the shelf!..
