Squash Caserta is a fast-growing, early maturing summer squash variety known for its excellent flavour and high yields. The fruits are cylindrical with light green skin accented by darker green stripes. Caserta produces tender, fine-grained flesh ideal for grilling, sautéing, steaming, or using in soups and bakes.
