St Jose of Brazil Medium Roast Coffee Beans

St Jose is a coffee of the Brazil Santos variation. Brazil Santos is usually used as a grading term for Brazilian coffee rather than a variety of Arabica.

The name refers to the port in Brazil where coffee passed through, and was regarded as higher quality than Brazilian coffee. Brazil Santos is usually of the Bourbon variety. Brazil Santos is processed using the natural/unwashed process. This coffee has medium acidity with a fruit aroma.

100% Premium Arabica Coffee. This coffee is Brasilian Santos. It was processed using the pulped natural process.

Heavenly Coffees is an artisan coffee roaster and we have been at it since 2012.

All coffees are guaranteed to be roasted within the last 30 days. (After 30 days, we remove the coffee out of normal stock).

Our coffees are roasted by a skilled roast master on a Genio 15kg coffee roaster. Roasting profiles are created and stored on a computerised management system that assists us in recreating the same roast time and again. Our roast masters not only have years of experience but are also internationally qualified in the art of roasting.

We offer a range of 14 coffees including single origins, blends and speciality coffees.
