Flux is an excellentcombination of high activity at thermal stress with amber bright andelectrically safe residues. The flux formulations KS115 are classified to DIN EN29454-1 Type 1.2.2.B. Due to their high activity (1.0 and 1.5%), the fluxes areclassified as REM1 to DIN EN 61190. STANNOL solder wires KS115 is designed foruse with robotic and manual soldering for electric and electronic devices. Fluxresidues may remain uncleaned.
