STANNOL KS-Series electronic solder wires have been designedfor special requirements of lead-free soldering. They meet all demands ofindustrial manufacturing as well as for rework and repair. Flux is an excellentcombination of high activity at thermal stress with amber bright andelectrically safe residues. The flux formulations KS115 are classified to DIN EN29454-1 Type 1.2.2.B. Due to their high activity (1.0 and 1.5%), the fluxes areclassified as REM1 to DIN EN 61190. STANNOL solder wires KS115 is designed foruse with robotic and manual soldering for electric and electronic devices. Fluxresidues may remain uncleaned.
