STANNOL KS-Series electronic solder wires have been designedfor special requirements of lead-free soldering. They meet all demands ofindustrial manufacturing as well as for rework and repair. The STANNOL KS100 isbased on the same synthetic resin however it is halide-free activated. Flux isan excellent combination of high activity at thermal stress with amber brightand electrically safe residues. The flux formulations KS115 are classified toDIN EN 29454-1 Type 1.2.2.B. Due to their high activity (1.0 and 1.5%), thefluxes are classified as REM1 to DIN EN 61190. STANNOL solder wires KS115 isdesigned for use with robotic and manual soldering for electric and electronicdevices. Flux residues may remain uncleaned.
