Stapelia hirsuta var. tsomoensis

This Stapelia comes from the former Transkei area where it grows among rocks and short grasses. It needs a bit more water then most other Stapelias and is generally easy to grow. It becomes quite a large plant and I have found it to grow well in my garden (Cape) where it gets the late afternoon sun It also grows well in pots and can be mixed with other succulents to create a mixed planter.

Plants offered are rooted cuttings, which can be potted into a 15cm pot, or be planted direct into where it will need some protection from the hot mid-day sun.
