Seldom offered Stapelia from the Western Cape (this particular clone hails from the Worcester district and was collected by Dr. PV Bruyns - PVB1701)
Unlike all the other forms of hirsuta, this one's flower is completely hairless.
This Stapelia is not too difficult to grow, it's mostly a winter grower, but will adapt to summer watering if needed. It grows a bit slower then normal hirsuta.
its a little more prone to over-watering, so keep on the dry side. These plants become quite large over time, and its not unusual for clumps to reach 60cm. in diameter.
Plants offered here are rooted cuttings of good size.
