Star Trek: Elite Force II is a first-person shooter computer game developed by Ritual Entertainment and published by Activision. It was released on June 20, 2003 for Microsoft Windows. Elite Force II is a sequel to 2000's Star Trek: Voyager Elite Force.

Unlike the first game, Elite Force II is largely set onboard the USS Enterprise-E, stationed in the Alpha Quadrant. The game's storyline is a semi-sequel to the movie Star Trek: Nemesis, and the end of Star Trek: Voyager series. Many of the members of the Hazard Team from the first game reappear. However, unlike in the first game, only a few of the primary cast of Star Trek: The Next Generation provided voice acting for this game. Appearing cast members include Patrick Stewart as Jean-Luc Picard, Dwight Schultz as Reginald Barclay, and Tim Russ as Tuvok (brought over to the Enterprise-E from Voyager). There are several guest star actors from several Star Trek Series who do some excellent voice acting like, Jeffrey Combs, who previously portrayed Weyoun on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Commander Shran on Star Trek: Enterprise, provides the voice of one of the game's main villains. Additionally, Robert O'Reilly (who was Gowron in Deep Space Nine) provides the voice of Krindo, and Vaughn Armstrong (Admiral Forrest in Enterprise) provides several character voices, Lastly the great J.G Hertzler (Martok in Deep Space Nine, plus roles in Voyager and Enterprise) provides the voice of Lurok.

In the game, you reprise your role as Alexander Munro, a Starfleet lieutenant (unlike the first game, there is no option to play as the female Alexandria Munro). Over the course of the first few levels, Lieutenant Munro returns to the Alpha Quadrant with the crew of Voyager, is later assigned a teaching position at Starfleet Academy, and is eventually transferred to the Enterprise-E under the command of Captain Picard. As leader of the ship's Hazard Team you are sent on various missions, which involve protecting the ship and infiltrating enemies. There are also limited opportunities for exploring the Enterprise-E itself between missions, reminiscent of the "Virtual Voyager" feature found in the first game's expansion pack.

Whereas the original game was powered by the first version of id Software's Quake III engine, Elite Force II is based on a heavily modified version of the Quake III: Team Arena code, allowing for expansive outdoor environments and higher quality facial animations.
