Front cover - "DIVISIONAL COUNCIL, VICTORIA WEST, ACTS FROM 1854 TO 1862". Rubber stamped "Auret and Son". Mr Auret was a general agent and auctioneer, one of the founding fathers of Victoria West.

Contents most interesting, especially acts concerning "Immigration" and "Native Foreigners".
