DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
DESCRIPTION	A really beautiful painting of a Cape west Coast homestead by listed South African artist Stefan de Beer. It is mounted on a double mount and is framed and protected by glass. The artist signed this work at bottom left and has also dated it '86. The painting is of medium size (quite large for a water colour) and measures 33 x 51 cm and the artwork alone measures 20 x 40 cm. See the 4 images which follow for more detail and ask a question if you are unsure about anything.
CONDITION	The painting is in is in excellent condition and can be hung as is.

NOTES
Stefan de Beer calls himself an impressionist realist and is one of the younger generation of South African artists whose works are likely to show a constant rise in value. A very nice artwork by a very competent artist and a good investment.
